A new generation joins The Active Group

July 23, 2009 - Burlington, ON - Trevor Maddern and his wife Angela are pleased to announce the re-branding of their companies, Active Management Ltd. and Active Properties Inc., Brokerage. The family run business has been serving the Burlington community and Halton-Peel region for more than 25 years. The internal restructuring of the companies will permit the next generation of leadership to take hold as their son Richard, 28, joins the Board of Directors of the new company "TAG" The Active Group and a "succession plan for future long-term development is implemented".
  
   Richard, who represents the third generation of Madderns in real estate, began working part time for the company while attending high school in Ancaster. Since leaving college, he has recently obtained his real estate license  and is now President of the real estate division of the company.
