Trevor J. Maddern, R.C.M, CRP.
President has been
involved in the Real Estate and Property Management industry for
over 25 years and has been actively involved with Condominiums
since 1982. He is well known in the Condominium Management
industry, having served on the Board of Directors of the
Association of Condominium Managers of Ontario (ACMO) as Vice
President and as former Chairman of the Government Relations
Committee advocating the change in legislation for the protection
of condominium owners via the introduction of the New Condominium
Act 1998, in Ontario.
Active Management Ltd. was the first company in Ontario to be
presented with the prestigious ACMO 2000 certification by the
Condominium Management Standards Council recognizing Active’s
achievement in the certification program for excellence in
quality service to Condominium Corporations. Active employs both
Registered Condominium Managers (RCM) and Certified Reserve
Planers (CRP), who supervise the delivery of services to a diverse
portfolio of Condominium Corporation Clients.
